Flora Carter-Tiffee, 93, formerly of Ozark passed away Jan. 7, 2012, in Richland Hills, Texas. She was born April 13, 1918, in Booneville to Elbert Dailey and Myrtle Viola (Moon) Hicks, was a housewife, retired beautician and member of the First Baptist Church of Ozark.
Service are Saturday at 3 p.m. at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel in Poteau with Rev. Tracy Ellis officiating. Interment will follow the service at Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Evelyn Carter; and four sisters, Veteral Williams, Ovid Lawson, Mae Ford and Mildred Ritchie.
Survivors are three daughters, Eleanor Williams and husband Paul of Ozark, Suzanne Eoff-Dinou of Fort Worth and Martha Trauth of Elizabethtown, KY; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Anderson of Dallas; and a niece Glenda Elman of Poteau.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Bryan Law, Barry Law, Jason Eoff, Brandon Eoff, David Falkner and Christopher Falkner.
