Spiro improved its record to 3-2 on Friday with a 16-4 win over Diamond Hill-Jarvis in high school baseball action.
The Bulldogs put the game away with seven runs in the sixth inning. Spiro banged out 12 hits and was aided by four errors by Diamond Hill-Jarvis.
Brevon Harper was the winning pitcher for Spiro, going 5.2 innings, allowing five hits while striking nine. Ethan Caldwell got the final out, striking out one and giving up one hit.
Drew Dixon had a big day for the Bulldogs, going 3-4 with a pair or triples along with two runs and three RBI. Dylan Ridenour was 2-4 with four runs and two RBI, Antonio Johnson had a 2-2 game with a run and two RBI while Daniel Howery was 2-4 with two RBI and one run.
The Bulldogs are back in action on Saturday against Castleberry, Texas.
