POTEAU–On Thursday, members of the Carl Albert State College scholars program attended a manners matter etiquette seminar presented by Rosemary McBee.
The annual seminar is provided to teach valuable information for the future leaders including proper introductions, navigating a table place setting, the do and don’ts of business dinners, and thank you notes.
According to CASC Vice President of Enrollment Management and Scholars Program Coordinator Jennifer Humphreys, this is a long-standing Scholars Program tradition.
“Manners matters no matter what profession you are in, how old you are, or where you are at in this world,” said Humphreys. “Kindness and manners go a long way in life! It is important for our young leaders to learn these skills early, so they can feel confident in any situation.”
