A fatality collision occurred Wednesday at approximately 9:30 a.m. on United States Highway 259 approximately 6.7 miles east and 3.4 miles south of Muse in LeFlore County.
Three children, aged 9, 8 and 6 from Columbus, Georgia died in the accident.
