Dear Heavener residents,

I am excited to announce that I am running for Mayor of Heavener, and I humbly ask for your vote in the upcoming election in April.

A man with glasses and a suit on.Heavener is a wonderful place, and deserves leadership that prioritizes our community’s long-term success, and that is exactly what I am committed to providing. My vision for Heavener is one of progress with clear, achievable goals for our city’s future. I propose we work with the City Manager to develop both short-term and long-term strategies for the next 1 5,10, and 20 years. Upgrading our infrastructure will be at the forefront of these efforts, with the water lines being a critical concern I will tackle immediately.

We must ensure our residents have reliable, safe water service for years to come. I am not afraid to make tough decisions that are in the best interest of our community, even if they are not always popular. My number one priority will always be the people of Heavener-your needs, your safety, and your future. With over eight years of experience on the Heavener Utility Authority, as well as 20 plus years of experience as a business owner, I bring a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to the table.

Running a business has taught the importance of responsible decision making, budgeting, and long-term planning skills that will be invaluable in addressing our city’s challenges.

I was also the only person to vote “no†when the city brought back Veolia, as it was not in the best interest of our residents. I will continue to stand firm in making decisions that prioritize you-the citizens of Heavener- more than anything else. I ask for your support on this journey.

Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient Heavener. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely, Billy Adrean

 Candidate for Mayor of Heavener.
