9. Contract labor/service agreements, annual contracts.
10. Burn ban.
11. Tabled from previous meeting: The LeFlore County board of county commissioners’ chairman Jamie Oliver, vice chairman Vallard Campbell and member Josh Blaylock vote to appoint member to the LeFlore County health board with appointment term end date of 7-1-2027.
12. Consider and possibly approve resolution regarding selection of responsible engineer for LeFlore County bridge inspections.
13. Review and possibly approve corrected lease purchase agreement between board of county commissioners of LeFlore County and First National Bank concerning the purchase of a 2010 Ford F550 in the amount of $69,650 for the benefit of the Bokoshe Fire Department. Original lease agreement erroneously stated the vehicle model year as 2009 rather than 2010.
14. Consider and possibly approve 324 a claim in the amount of $367,000 regarding project known as 35449(04) lake access grant – LeFlore County, Wister Lake, as provided by the Oklahoma Department of Transp0rtation (ODOT).
15. Consider and possibly approve resolution regarding 1. Approving interlocal cooperative agreement; 2. Appointing county’s representative to CED board of directors; 3. Authorizing representative to sign interlocal cooperative agreement 10.7.24 as submitted by Oklahoma circuit engineering District 3.
16. Consider and possibly approve treasurer’s monthly report of officers for the month of September, 2024.
