The Heavener City Council will meet in a regular business meeting 6 p.m. Thursday in Heavener’s City Hall at 101 East First Street.

3. Consider, discuss, and take action to nominate 2 new members to the Heavener Utility Board of Trustees.

4. Consider, discuss, and take action to approve annual alcohol beverage and medical marijuana permits for the following businesses:

5. Consider and take action on code violations for Kiger Properties and Investments, for property located at 108 Highway 128, for dilapidated building.

6. Consider and take action on code violations for Kiger Properties and Investments, for property located at 304 East Avenue C, for dilapidated building.

7. Consider and take action on code violations for Sarah Young, for property located at 507 East 6^th street, for dilapidated building and public safety violations.

8. Consider and take action on code violations for Donna K. Martin and John C. Rye, for property located at 607 East Avenue C, for dilapidated building.

9. Consider and take action on code violations for Sivero Trinida and Francisca Martinez, for property located at 204 East Avenue B, for dilapidated building.

10. City Commission votes to enter into executive session (requires majority vote of quorum of the members present to enter).

11. Enter executive session with city manager and attorney for confidential communications, as authorized by 25 O.S. Sect. 307 (B) concerning:

1. Discussion on resumes submitted for the hiring for the open city manager position

12. Reconvene in open meeting.

13. New Business / Public Comments (the public will be recognized by the Mayor from a sign-in sheet, where each citizen wishing to address the city commission, shall sign their name and the request or purpose for being recognized).
