Griffith named September student of the month
TALIHINA – Kiamichi Tech – Talihina has named Spencer Griffith, a student in the interactive media program, as the student of the month for September.
Her is in his first year in the interactive media program and has worked primarily in film and editing. He serves as the class historian for its chapter of Business Professionals of America. His plans after finishing the program are to attend film school and become a film director.
“Spencer is a remarkable student who demonstrates kindness, acceptance, and forward thinking”, said Lauren Denny, the Interactive Media instructor at Kiamichi Tech – Talihina. “He is constantly thinking outside of the box, is diligent about completing his projects to the best of his ability, and works well with others. I am thrilled to see Spencer step out of this comfort zone, take on complex projects, and always have a positive attitude each day.”
Griffith received a check from Jerod Rose, an agent with Shelter Insurance in the Wilburton and Talihina areas.
