The LeFlore County commissioners will meet in a regular business meeting 9 a.m. Monday in the office of the board of county commissioners.

Here is the agenda:

  1. Call to order.
  2. Minutes of previous meeting.
  3. Purchase orders/payroll
  4. Bonds.
  5. Monthly fee reports.
  6. Transfer of appropriations.
  7. Blanket purchase orders.
  8. New business.
  9. Contract labor/service agreements, annual contracts.
  10. Burn ban.
  11. Tabled from previous meeting pending further review of provided documentation: Have discussion with possible action regarding passing resolution authorizing vacating/closing all of road known as Buck Creek cut through road, connecting county roads N660 and E1280, lying in or adjacent to sections 13, 14 & 24, township 8 north, range 24 east.
  12. Tabled from previous meeting. The LeFlore County board of county commissioners’ chairman Jamie Oliver, vice president Vallard Campbell and member Josh Blaylock vote to appoint member to the LeFlore County Health Board with appointment term end date of 7-1-2027.
  13. Consider and possibly approve resolution regarding transfer of county inventory item number B-302.044 2020 Ford F-150 from the LeFlore County sheriffs’ department to LeFlore County commissioner highway department district 2.
  14. Consider and possibly approve assignment of lease concerning SOS fire equipment and First National Bank, and lease purchase agreement between board of county commissioners of LeFlore County commissioner of LeFlore County and First National Bank regarding the purchase of a 2009 Ford F550 in the amount of $69,650 with term of 60 months and monthly payments of $1,346.49 to benefit Bokoshe Fire Department.
  15. Consider and possibly approve resolution for disposing of equipment record as submitted by the LeFlore County Health Department regarding obsolete inventory item number SI-698.006 Marvel refrigerator, purchased in 2007, for the amount of $6,328.98.
  16. Open and possibly award bid regarding the purchase of a fire pumper/tanker to benefit LeFlore County Summerfield Fire Department.
