Commissioners’ agenda for the LeFlore County commissioners will meet in a regular business meeting 9 a.m. Monday in the office of the board of county commissioners.

Here is the agenda:

  1. Call to order.
  2. Minutes of previous meetings.
  3. Purchase orders/payroll.
  4. Bonds.
  5. Monthly fee reports.
  6. Transfer of appropriations.
  7. Blanket purchase orders.
  8. New business.
  9. Contract labor/service agreements/annual contracts.
  10. Burn ban.
  11. Tabled from previous meeting pending further review of provided documentation. Have discussion with possible action regarding passing resolution authorizing vacating/closing all of road known as Buck Creek Cut Through Road, connecting county roads N4660 and E1280, lying in or adjacent to Sections 13, 14 and 24, Township 8 North, Township 8 North, Range 24 East.
  12. Tabled from previous meeting: The LeFlore County commissioners chairman Jamie Oliver, vice chairman Vallard Campbell and member Josh Blaylock vote to appoint member to the LeFlore County Health Board with appointment term and date of 7-1-2027.
  13. Consider and possibly approve new fund CCSIF and account 1253-2-0400-2005 regarding recently awarded county community safety investment funds grand, to be funded by payments issued through the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. (ODMHSAS).
  14. Consider and possibly approve resolution regarding transfer of county inventory item number D1-348-033 Goose Neck Trailer from LeFlore County commissioners’ highway department District One to LeFlore County Commissioner Highway Department District Two.
  15. Discuss and possibly approve resolution allowing county treasurer to reinvest surplus of county health department funds for October, 2024.
  16. Consider and possibly approve 324 A claims in the amount of $11,400 regarding project number 33899(04) and $6,000 regarding project number 32899(04) Aug-24 as submitted by Pinnacle Consulting Management Group.
