The top four district teams and the lineup is still up for grabs in most of the districts involving LeFlore County teams.

District after week 9

4A-4—McClain’s 48-14 upset of Broken Bow Thursday really threw a wrench in the district. Now, Sallisaw’s game at Ada will decide and top and second seed. Now, Broken Bow and Hillside are tied for third place with Poteau and McClain a game back. Poteau must win at Broken Bow and have Hilldale defeat McClain for the Pirates to finish fourth. In that scenario, the Savages would be out of the playoffs. If McClain upsets Hilldale and Poteau defeats Broken Bow, there would be a four-way tie for third and it would come down to which two teams had the most district points to advance.

2A-3 –Is pretty well decided with the winner of the Bethel at Heavener game getting in as the fourth seed. Kingston is first, Kiefer second and Hugo third, even if the Buffaloes are upset by Prague as Hugo has defeated Heavener and Bethel.

2A-8—Vian is district champions, Henryetta is second with a win over Atoka with Valliant coming in third as Henryetta defeated Valliant head-to-head. Valliant is at Vian, so there would have to be an upset by the Bulldogs and Henryetta losing for Valliant to come in second and Henryetta third. The Spiro game at Antlers will decide fourth place, unless Atoka upsets Henryetta. Spiro and Antlers both defeated Aroka, so the Wampus Cats are out.

A-4—Rejoice Christian is the district champions and Pocola is second with wins. The big game has Panama playing at Hartshorne. The Razorbacks must win and have Rejoice defeat Warner to force a three-way tied for third place. The final two spots would then come down to points.

A-8—After Regent Prep defeated Talihina, there is a three-way tie for first place. Talihina has the advantage in points, Regent is second and Central third, if all three win as expected and get the maximum 15 points. Gore is tied with Liberty for fourth place, but won the head-to-head matchup earlier in the season.

B-8: Wilson is the district champion, Copan second with Webbers Falls and Wesleyan Christian tied for third at 2-2. Arkoma is in fifth place and has lost to both Webbers Falls and Wesleyan Christian.
