Funeral service for Lynita Lovell

Funeral service for Lynita Lovell of Poteau is 10 a.m. Thursday at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow at the Shady Point Cemetery, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.

Dates

She was born Jan. 25, 1958 in Bakersville, California to Vera (Gillispie) Gee and passed away Jan. 1 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  

Surviving family members

Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Lovell; daughter Jamie Harris and Dearl Laymon; and grandchildren Jaxon Harris, Jayven Harris.

Preceded by

She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers Rickey Shadden, Don Shadden, David Shadden, Garland Gee and Paul Gee; and three sisters Gwendolyn Upton, Donna Traw and Linda Gee.

Pallbearers

Pallbearers are Jackie Neal, Kenneth Shipley, Bimbo Hale, Damon Plummer, Cubby Lemmons and Rod Derryberry.

Visitation

Visitation is Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
