HeavenerĀ girls stay alive in the Class 3A regional tournament at Sequoyah-Tahlequah by scoring five runs in the bottom of the sixth to defeat Morris, 8-6, in a losers bracket game.
The Lady Wolves play Idabel again at 11 a.m. Friday with the winner meeting Sequoyah-Tahlequah in the championship game. Heavener or Idabel will have to defeat the Lady Indians twice to advance while Sequoyah-Tahlequah only has to win one game to advance.
Heavener fell into the losers bracket with a 10-0 loss to Idabel earlier Thursday.
