Heavener man sentenced for drug crime
MUSKOGEE – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Joseph Scott Casteel, 37, of Heavener was sentenced to 130 months in prison for one count of possessing with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Department of Homeland Security and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
