A 72-year-old Muse woman died in an accident at approximately 6:18 p.m. Wednesday around eight miles south of Hodgen.
Linda Ward was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic south on Highway 259. Her car departed the road to the right, traveled through the ditch and struck a tree. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
