Funeral service for Joan Carol Brown, 73 of Spiro is 2 p.m. Tuesday at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with Doyle Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Panama, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
She was born April 20, 1949 in Ashland, Kentucky to Garnet (Riggles) Keaton and Noah Ted Keaton and passed away Oct. 12, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Survivors include sons Scott Brown and wife Laci, Anthony Albergo and wife Britt; grandchildren Becky Padgett and husband James, Kristie McClain and husband John, Mason Cameron, Noah Albergo, Anthony Remedios, Grayson Cameron, Dean Albergo; and numerous great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert L. Brown; and a sister, Marcia Jean Miller.
