Oklahoma fishing report for this week is as follows:
SOUTHEAST
Broken Bow: November 20. Elevation is 4 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 68°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on Alabama rigs, bill baits, crankbaits, flukes, in-line spinnerbaits, and plastic baits around brush structure, creek channels, main lake, points, river mouth, and standing timber. Crappie good on hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and spoons around brush structure, points, and standing timber. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
Eufaula: November 22. Elevation is 1.5 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 70°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, jerk baits, lipless baits, and plastic baits around creek channels, docks, main lake, points, and riprap. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, live bait, and live shad around channels, river channel, and river mouth. Crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs, and spoons below the dam, docks, and standing timber. Report submitted by Jake Rowland, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.
Konawa: November 24. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 58°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, and plastic baits around main lake, points, river channel, and weed beds. Striped bass hybrids and white bass on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, and live shad around coves, inlet, main lake, and river channel. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, and shrimp around inlet, riprap, rocks, and weed beds. Report submitted by Garret Harley, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Lower Mountain Fork River: November 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 62°F and clear. Rainbow trout good on plastic baits, small lures, and tube jigs below the dam, creek channels, shallows, and spillway. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
McGee Creek: November 22. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 65°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and spotted bass good on Alabama rigs, bill baits, buzz baits, and crankbaits around brush structure, docks, points, riprap, rocks, and shorelines. White bass fair on Alabama rigs, bill baits, jerk baits, small lures, and spinnerbaits around dam, main lake, and points. Channel and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, shrimp, and stinkbait around channels, creek channels, docks, flats, and main lake. Pine Creek: November 22. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 64°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around creek channels and flats. Crappie good on jigs and tube jigs around brush structure and standing timber. Sardis: November 22. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 64°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on bill baits, crankbaits, lipless baits, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, channels, points, shorelines, and standing timber. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait, shad, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms around brush structure, channels, main lake, points, and standing timber. Crappie good on jigs, minnows, and tube jigs around brush structure, channels, points, and standing timber. Report submitted by Thomas Gillham, game warden stationed in Pushmataha County.
Texoma: November 24. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 64°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass good on live bait and live shad around channels, main lake, points, and river channel. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, dough bait, live shad, punch bait, and stinkbait around channels, coves, docks, main lake, points, and river channel. Crappie fair on caddis flies, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and nymphs around brush structure, coves, docks, points, and standing timber. Comments: Fishing this week has been good for striper. Striper are doing well on live shad pretty much all over the lake. Catfish are good on live bait and cut bait near river channels. Crappie are good around docks with brush piles. Wister: November 22. Elevation is normal and falling, water temperature 59°F and stained. (USACE Current Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on buzz baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad around main lake. Crappie good on jigs and minnows around brush structure. Report submitted by James Williams, game warden stationed in Le Flore County.
