OU named as NCAA baseball regional host
NORMAN — Oklahoma has been selected as an NCAA Regional Host Site for the 2024 NCAA Baseball Championship.
- Dale Mitchell Park in Norman will host NCAA postseason baseball for the first time since 2010. The Sooners now await their seeding for the tournament, set to be announced via a live selection show Monday at 11 a.m. on ESPN2.
Opponents, game times and TV designations for the May 31-June 3 regional will also be announced Monday. The entirety of the tournament, including the 2024 Men’s College World Series, will be broadcast across ESPN’s family of networks.

The Big 12 regular season champion Sooners (39-17, 23-7) look to be a top-eight national seed for the first time since 2009 when the program received its first national seed as the No. 7. OU holds the No. 10 strength of schedule in the country and No. 14 RPI.
The Sooners have put together an historic season, highlighted by four ranked victories, including a win over current No. 1 Tennessee, six Big 12 sweeps for the first time and the first Big 12 regular season crown in program history.
