Pocola girls lose in finals
OKLAHOMA CITY—Oktaha scored five runs in the top of the fifth and held off Pocola, 11-10, to win the Class 4A state slow pitch softball tournament Wednesday at USA Stadium.
The Indians finish at 34-4. Oktaha is 28-7.
Earlier in the day, Pocola defeated LeFlore County foe Howe, 24-15, in the first round before edging Silo, 8-6 in the semifinals.
