The finals of the 2025 basketball LeFlore County Tournament are set after the Pocola and Panama boys won semifinal games Friday night.
The two teams play at approximately 8:30 p.m. after the girls’ final between Pocola and Howe starts at 7 p.m.
Pocola’s boys won the first semifinal, 53-43, over Howe before Panama cruised past Heavener 62-36.
This leaves the top two seeds in both divisions making the finals.
In the earlier fifth-place games, Spiro’s girls outscored Whitesboro, 44-19, and Poteau’s boys edged Talihina, 47-45.
In addition to the championship games Saturday, third-place games are earlier in the day. For the girls, Panama and Talihina play at 1 p.m. with the Howe and Heavener boys playing at 2:30 p.m.
