Pocola stayed perfect with a 4-0 win over Latta Friday and advanced to Saturday’s championship game at 5 p.m. against top-ranked Dale to decide the Class 2A state champions in fast pitch softball.
Pocola is now 34-0 and is ranked second. Top-ranked Dale is 41-1 after a 2-0 victory over Oktaha in the other semifinal game Friday.
