Memorial service for James Craig Hogan is 2 p.m. July 23, 2022 at the Monroe Community Center.
He passed away July 5, 2022, at the age of 72 and was born to James Houston Hogan and Christine (Gourley) Hogan at Eufaula on Aug. 11, 1949.
He joined the Army at 17 and served his country for 22 years with seven years spent in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Lynn Hogan; daughters Cassandra Buck and husband Charles, and Marcella Arie; sons Daniel Hogan and wife Patti, Eric Hogan and wife Kim, Frank Arie and wife Starla; 18 grandchildren; and sister Jimmy Taylor.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Jeff and Carl David; and grandson Stacie.
