Services planned for Kimberly Lewis

Funeral services for Kimberly Renea Lewis, 59, of Pocola is Monday at 10 a.m. at the Trinity Baptist Church in Pocola with Pastor Jeffery Beshears officiating.

Burial will follow at Grace Lawn Cemetery in Tuckermann, Arkansas, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Pocola.

She was born July 13, 1965 in Newport, Arkansas to Bertha Louise (Morris) Thomas and Kimberlin Bruce Rupe and passed away Aug. 6, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Survivors include her children Cheryl L. Lewis and husband Jamie Lewis, Katheryn L. Chapman and husband Daniel Chapman; son, Jeffery Dane York, Jr.; sister Elle Nutter Jones and husband Roger Jones; grandchildren; step-brothers John Mark Thomas and James Michael Delaney; step-sisters Jean Marie Lapham and Judith Ann Mullins; and a sister, Angela Carrick.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kimberlin Bruce “Jack” Rupe; and brother, Kenneth Bruce Rupe.

Visitation is Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Evans and Miller Funeral Home in Pocola.
