MUSKOGEE – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Bryant Dewayne Underwood, 36, of Spiro entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession of An Unregistered Firearm.
The indictment alleged that on Oct. 26, 2023, Underwood knowingly possessed one 5.56 NATO (.223) caliber, short-barreled rifle which was not registered to him in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.
