Heavener’s boys dominated the Muldrow cross country meet Thursday with 19 points, defeating the second-place team by 19 points.
Senior Seth Lynch was the individual champion. Also medaling for Heavener were Jerred Boss, Issac Cook, Geren Palmer, Parker Brand, Diego Sanches and Morgan Altstatt as they all finished in the top 10.

The Lady Wolves were third, led by Chloe McMahan and Allison Palmer both medaling.
Heavener is back in action Monday at the Wister meet.
