An accident in LeFlore County Wednesday that claimed the life of a woman and two children is under investigation, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The accident happened three miles north of Talihina at approximately 6:49 p.m.
Courtney Upton, 28, of Wister, and a 9-month-old and a 3-year-old child were all pronounced dead at the scene.
Michael Pride, 32, of Wister, was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.
