ARKOMA — There was not much the Arkoma Mustangs football team did wrong in its home District B-8 contest against the Gans Grizzlies on Friday night at Mustang Field.
The only things the Mustangs failed to do was end their final two drives the same way they did their first five drives — scoring two-point conversions — and keep the Grizzlies out of the end zone.
Other than that, it was complete Arkoma dominance as the Mustangs mercy ruled the Grizzlies 52-6 at halftime. In fact, the final 5:25 after Arkoma’s final touchdown saw a running clock.
