It was moving night in local high school football games Friday night for Week 8 games with several teams improving their playoff hopes and positioning.
Heavener won its first district game in two years, building a 35-0 lead at halftime, and crushing winless Wilburton, 41-14, as the Wolves went with the reserves most of the second half.
