Commissioners approve change order

LeFlore county commissioners on Monday approved a $34,116 change order on the Conser Road project submitted by Robinson Construction.

Commissioners also approved a resolution adopting an updated flood damage prevention ordinance.

Emergency Management Director Dennis Yochum said the county’s previous ordinance had not been updated in11 years, and the new wording would bring it into line with changes that have been approved at the state level.

Also approved was a resolution disposing of a 2007 Mack dump truck from District 2.

Gina Hall was designated as receiving officer in the assessor’s office, replacing Ivette Moreno.

Resolutions determining monthly maximum highway expenditures for February and authorizing reinvestment of public health funds were approved.
