Funeral service for Phyllis Larraine Harris, 76, of Poteau is 2 p.m. Thursday at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
She was born Oct. 16, 1946 in Paris, Arkansas to Freda Maxine (Smith) Clark and James Filmore Clark and passed away Sept. 16, 2023 in Poteau.
