Wolves improve to 2-0

In the renewal of one of eastern Oklahoma’s oldest rivalries, Heavener used a powerful running attack to defeat Panama and improve to 2-0 overall while the Razorbacks drop to 1-1.
Heavener visits Charleston, Arkansas next week while Panama hosts Wilburton.
The win gave Heavener a 40-21-2 lead in the series and snapped a six-game losing streak against Panama and was the Wolves’ first win over Panama since 2011.
