Obituary for Angie Barnes-Henshaw

Angela “Angie” Renee Barnes-Henshaw, 42, of Wister was born Jan. 12, 1981 in Henryetta to Buford Henshaw, Sr. and Robin (Lackey) Williams.

Memorial services are pending. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener.

She was best known by family and friends as Angie Barnes. Angie was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend.  She loved her children and grandchildren with all of her heart and loved hanging out with her sister.  Angie loved anything outdoors such as hunting, fishing, and camping, etc. She was a beautiful soul taken way too soon.

Surviving family members are her children Shaynna Gordon and husband Landon of Welty, Natasha Pendergrass and husband Bradley of Cameron, Laini Barnes of Wister, Brooklyn Forrester of Wister, Tallon Barnes of Wister, and Stormi Eaton and husband Daniel of Wister; her two mothers Robin Williams of Heavener, and Joy Schweigert Utley of Okmulgee; her mother-in-law, Leslie Smith, of Poteau; her grandmother, Linda Moore, of Muse; her grandchildren Hudson and Wyatt Gordon, and Grayson Barnes; her brothers Buford Henshaw, Jr. and wife Tawna of Seminole, Christopher Henshaw of Seminole, Steven McMath and wife Kristi of Pittsburg; her sisters Sarah and Cynthia Lawson of Heavener, Tonya Wilson of Wister; her nieces Braylee, Tybree, Emberlee, and Adalyn Henshaw all of Seminole, Maddie Wilson and Brandi Crossland of Wister, Kassidy Jernigan of Heavener; her nephews Eahin Henshaw of Seminole, Gary McMath of Pittsburg, Leston, Riot, and Daylin Ferdinand of Poteau; many more loved ones and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her fathers, Buford Henshaw, Sr. and Ronnie Williams; her grandmother, Jewell Dean Fuller; her daughter, Jaden Barnes; her brother, Daniel Henshaw; and a special nephew, Legion Ferdinand.
