Arkoma loses tournament openers
Arkoma loses tournament openers at the Jeff Hart Coliseum Classic in Lawton Thursday.
The Lady Mustangs lost to Chattanooga, 55-14, while Ryan edged the Mustangs, 52-47.
Both teams are back in action Friday.
Girls
Chattanooga jumped out to a big lead early and Arkoma never recovered.
Abby Kolb led Arkoma with six points while Grace Ann Johnson grabbed five rebounds.

Boys
Arkoma jumped ahead early before Ryan used a big second quarter to take the lead for good. Arkoma is 4-4 overall.
Deuce Walden had 26 points (9/19 FG and 8/11 FTs), 7 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals; Carl Brake with 10 rebound, 3 steals, and 3 assists; Braylen Andrews with 11 points (5/7 FG); Scout Smith had 4 points (2/3FG) , 5 rebounds, and 2 assists; Carlos Rodriguez finished with 2 points (1/2FG) and 3 rebounds; and Jordan Karich added 4 points (2/4FG).
