Obituary for Richard O. Williams

Funeral service for Richard O. Williams, 65, was Wednesday at Mallory-Martin Chapel in Spiro with Quinton Rowan officiating. Burial followed at the A.L. Stephens Cemetery in Clayton under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Richard O’lean Williams was born Dec. 18, 1958 in Arcadia, Florida to Evelin Marie (Moran) and Richard Emanuel Williams, Jr. and passed away Jan. 14, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. 

Richard was involved in bible college, built homes, and worked on drilling rigs. He was outgoing and liked to make people smile, he was a hard working man who didn’t mind getting his hands dirty.  He had a heart of gold but had a bear instinct who loved his family and friends dearly.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Williams; daughters Crystal Williams, and Christina Farhat and husband William; sons Richard Shane Williams and Tommy Greenmyer and wife Brandi; grandchildren Dakota Williams, Clayton Williams, Triston Williams, Aiden Williams, Debra Williams, Sarah Cruz and husband Adam, Jonathon Wood and Juniper, and Annissa Dinwiddie; great grandchildren Weston Walden, Aiden Cruz, Abe Cruz, Axton Cruz and Brayden Hill; sisters Helen Dillard and Melissa Jones; brother, James Williams and wife, Ruth. 

He was preceded in death by his grandson, William Farhat and his wife Kristy; and his great grandson, Physher Farhat.
