Obituary for Rosie Fryhover
Rosie Marie Fryhover, 91, of Golden Valley, Arizona, formerly of Monroe, was born Feb. 11, 1932 and passed away Feb. 11, 2023.
Her body will be donated to science and then cremated. Later in the year she will be brought back to Monroe.
Survivors include one sister, Violet Autry, of Monroe; one son Clifford Lee and Bonnie Ellis of Poteau;
17 grandchildren Tina and Donny Sanders of the home, Liz and Mark Collins of Poteau, Shelly Sweeny of Monroe, Karen and Keith Bolding, and Clifford Lee Ellis of Poteau, Brenda and Jeff Wood of Oklahoma City, Samantha, Tonya, Brandy, Tiffany, Jason, Marty Jr, and Jakee Ellis, Scotty Donaldson of California, Timmy and Alicia Skinner of Poteau and Thomas Skinner; 61 great grandchildren, along with 36 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Orvil Lee Ellis; one daughter, Leona May Thompson; two sons Marty Lee Ellis and Karl Stephen Skinner (Tommy); three brothers William (Sonny), Paul and Ivan (IKE) Fryhover; two sisters Clara Crandall and Virgie Hamilton; and 1 grandson, Phillip Casteel.
