MUSKOGEE – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Eugene Lee Dozier, 46, of Quinton was sentenced for unlawfully transferring a handgun to an out-of-state resident. Dozier was sentenced to 6 months in prison, 18 months of supervised release, and 30 hours of community service.
The charges arose from investigations by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
