A personal injury collision occurred at approximately 8:46 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 270, approximately nine miles west of Wilburton.
Felicia Clark, 29, from Wilburton, was driving a 2017 Kia Sportage that ran into the trailer being hauled on a 2013 Kubota tractor driven by Alex Jackson, 62, from Wilburton.
The tractor had flashing hazard lights on it, but no trailer lights and the trailer had 10 individuals on it.
Clark and Jackson both did not sustain any injury in the collision.
Passengers on the trailer were Jeffrey Ainsworth, 52, from Wilburton. He was transported to McAlester Regional Hospital, treated and released.
A second passenger, Jesse Ainsworth, 20, of Wilburton was treated and released.
A third passenger, a 17-year-old female from Wilburton was treated and released, as was a 17-year-old male from Hartshorne.
Another 17-year-old, from Haileyville, was treated and released along with Payton Gray, 18, from McAlester.
Two other females from Hartshorne, 15 and 13, were treated and released along with two more females from Haileyville, 17 and 13, were treated and released.
A 13-year-old male from Haileyville was also treated and released.
While the condition of both drivers appeared normal, the accident is under investigation.
The accident was investigated by Trooper Blake Palmer, assisted by Trooper Daniel Hackler, Pafford EMS, multiple volunteer fire departments, Latimer County Sheriff’s Department, Choctaw Nation Lighthorse, Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Department and Hartshorne Police Department.
