Commissioners’ agenda 10-17-2022

The LeFlore County commissioners will meet in a regular business meeting 9 a.m. Monday in the office of the board of county commissioners.

AGENDA:                                                                                                           

1, Call to order.

2. Minutes of previous meeting.
3. Bonds.
4. Monthly fee reports.
5. Transfer of appropriations.
6. Blanket purchase orders.
7. New business.
8. Current bridge and road projects.
9. Contract labor/service agreements.
10. Burn ban.
11. Conser road projects.
12. Open and possibly award bid regarding purchase of a new truck to benefit Wister Fire Department.
13. Review and possibly approve resolution stipulation budgeting funding for the LeFlore County Fair Grounds in the amount of $18,000, to be restricted to fair barn use only, no county funding to be spent on rodeo arena.
14. Discuss and possibly approve contract between Wells, Wann & Company, CPA, P.C. and LeFlore County for consulting and reporting services regarding the American Rescue Plan Act Local Assistance and tribal consistency fund.
15. Consider and possibly approve bid notice #9377 for county owned property in Spiro Block 119, Lot 4.
16. Discuss and possibly approve resolution paying longevity to LeFlore County employees solely based on employee’s service, contingent there are no interruptions that exceed 30 days with the county and their participation in Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System.
