In fact, statistics show there are more heart attack deaths during the holiday season than any other time of year.
Nasser Adjei, MD, an interventional cardiologist with Baptist Health-Fort Smith, will discuss ways to prepare your mind and body for heart healthy holidays in order to reduce your risk of a heart attack during a free seminar from noon to 1 p.m. Friday in the Shuffield Education Center at Baptist Health-Fort Smith.
