- Approve or disapprove 2023-2024 estimate of needs and 2022-2023 financial statements from Kerry J. Patten, CPA.
- Approve or disapprove the calculation of days to hours and minutes.
- Approve or disapprove college remediation report, ACT college report and first time college attendance report as presented by site administrator.
10.Approve or disapprove student drop=out report as presented by site administrator.
- Approve or disapprove ACT approval ACT approval in place of end-of-year testing.
- Approve or disapprove the addition of account 916 for elementary fundraiser, Candance Scott, elementary counselor.
- Approve or disapprove the telemedicine services agreement between EOMC and Heavener Schools.
- Approve or disapprove residential mobile home moving into the district.
- Approve or disapprove payment for Blue & Gold Fundraiser in the amount of $26,000.
- Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of the following positions for 20213-2024: OS 307 (B)(1): Temporary school resource officer; temporary maintenance assistant; temporary paraprofessional; part-time athletic assistant.
- Vote to convene in executive session.
- Acknowledge boards’ return to open session and the president’s statement regarding items discussed in executive session.
- Approve the hiring of Temporary school resource officer; temporary maintenance assistant; temporary paraprofessional; part-time athletic assistant.
