Angel Tree applications are now open and can be picked up at the LeFlore County Youth Services during October or until 500 Angels have been reached.
The LCYS is located at 510 North Broadway in Poteau. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.
Required Documentation only with completed application.
- Must have children’s Social Security Cards
- Proof of HOUSEHOLD income must be provided.
- Id present for parent/guardian completing form.
- Proof of any assistance like food stamps, TANF, Social Security, Child Support
- Only biological children living in the home or children you can provide proof of custody.
- ID & Proof of Income must match.
