9. Current bridge and road projects.

12. Conser Road projects
13. Discuss and possibly approve resolution determining maximum monthly highway expenditures for March, 2023.
14. Consider and possibly approve KEDDO-REAP close-out documents and affidavit certifying REAP completion for project #K6020-22-Crossroads Road.
15. Discuss and possibly approve bid notice and resolution to purchase a new fuel system to benefit Highway District #2.
16. Consider and possibly approve resolution for disposing of equipment item #D1-302 128 Ford truck to benefit LeFlore County commissioner Highway Department District #1.
17. Consider and possibly approve reappointment of James Smith to the LeFlore County education authority.
18. Consider and possibly approve county commissioner highway department No. 3 CBRI project number 23-CBRI-D3-Rd-Po79 Zafra Road.
19. Meet with Jim Waddle for discussion with possible action regarding roads and bridges.
