Cruz signs with CASC
Heavener senior Steven Cruz has been one of the top cross country runners in Oklahoma over the last few years.
His efforts were rewarded Thursday when Cruz signed to run cross country with Carl Albert State College. He is shown with CASC Coach Kristin Snyder above during a signing ceremony Thursday afternoon.
