Darren Williams was named the new chairman for the Board of Trustees of Howe in a regular scheduled business meeting Thursday.
The Trustees also accepted the resignation of Brooklyn Wilson and approved James Phillips to assist Elizabeth Smith in reconciling bank records from September to the present.
A motion to add two bank accounts to divide sales tax and revenue between the fire, police and city account was also approved along with updating fee charges as listed in the Oklahoma Municipal League handbook.
