Graveside service planned for Kenneth Wayne Anderson Jr.

Graveside service planned for Kenneth Wayne Anderson, Jr. of Summerfield is 2 p.m. Monday at the Summerfield Cemetery with Dylan Roberts officiating. Burial will follow, under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener.

Dates

He was born April 3, 1957 in Talihina to Kenneth, Sr. and Waltreata (Ward) Anderson and passed away Jan. 4, 2023 in Tulsa 65.

Bio

He was a foreman at Exxon. He was very proud of his family and loved spending time with his family and friends. Kenneth enjoyed woodworking, researching family history with his sons, and feeding his squirrel. He always had a smile that could light up the room. Kenneth could fix anything and was always there and willing to help anyone at anytime. Kenneth was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Survivors

Survivors are his wife, Betty Anderson, of the home; two daughters Cerese McGee and husband Chris of Spiro, and Mary Hinson and husband Casey of Jonesboro, Arkansas; five sons Wayne Anderson and wife Stephani of Beebe, Arkansas, Joe Anderson of Huntsville, Alabama, Lafe Anderson and wife Leanne of Vilonia, Arkansas, James Harris of Summerfield and Christopher Harris of Fort Smith, Arkansas; one sister Jacqueline Box and husband John of Whitesboro; one brother, Monte Anderson, of Summerfield; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends whom loved him very much

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth, Sr. and Waltreata Anderson.
