Jury convicts Pocola man of sexual abuse

MUSKOGEE – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced Wednesday that Daniel Matthew Matlock, 28, of Pocola, was found guilty by a federal jury of one count of Sexual Abuse in Indian Country and one count of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in Indian Country.

The jury trial began in Muskogee with testimony Tuesday, and concluded Wednesday with the guilty verdicts.
