Memorial service for William Sides planned
Memorial Service for William “W.C.” Sides, 66, of Spiro is 2 p.m. Saturday at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3860 in Spiro.
He was born Nov. 26, 1956 in Casa Grande, Arizona to Ora Lee (Wixon) Sides and William Thomas Jefferson Sides and passed away Sept. 15, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
- C. was an avid fisherman, and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Spiro #3860 where he served as state president.
W.C. is survived by his daughters Misty Brown and husband Johnny, Nancy Vinsant and husband Mitchell, Cacy Dollar, and Lacy Thompson; sister Irma Sides; grandchildren Cody and wife Monica, Gabriel, Chance, Alexander, Reed, Dustin, Kadee, Darrin, Emily, Ty, Bryston, and Rickie; great grandchildren Payton, Ember, and Kashton; and nephew, Tom Sides and wife, Denese; and numerous other nieces, nephews and family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents William “Jack” and Ora Lee Sides; wife, Debra Rose Sides; sisters Joyce Garret, Francis Sides, and Rebbeca Lynn Sides; and brothers Tom Sides and Richard Earl Sides.
