MUSKOGEE — The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Patrick Timothy Kelley, 46, of Pocola entered a guilty plea to an Information charging him with one count of abusive sexual contact in Indian Country, punishable by up to life in prison.
According to investigators, Kelley engaged in sexual contact with a child under the age of 12 years old. The crime occurred in LeFlore County, within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
