Wister man sentenced
MUSKOGEE – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Kevin Dale Luman, 38, of Wister was sentenced to 48 months in prison for one count of Causing Accident Resulting in Great Bodily Injury while under the influence of Alcohol and Intoxicating Substances in Indian Country.
The charges arose from investigations by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office.
