Carl Albert State College has opened a new mental health and wellness center, The Harbor. This center is dedicated to providing students, faculty, and staff with resources and support.
The center will offer a variety of services, including group and individual meetings, workshops, self-care initiatives, and advocacy and support. It will also provide a peaceful reflection lounge, massage chairs, and meeting space.
